Espresso Martini

Espresso martini cocktail with coffee beans floating on top as garnish and a brown butterfly perching on the rim of the stem glass

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gwen Vodka

  • 1 oz Freshly Brewed Espresso (cooled)

  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup

  • 0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur

  • Espresso Beans for Garnish

MEthod

  1. Brew espresso and immediately put in freezer to cool. Wait 5-10 minutes or until espresso is cool.

  2. Fill shaker with ice and pour in espresso, Gwen vodka, simple syrup and coffee liqueur.

  3. Shake intensely for 10-15 seconds to build up a foam.

  4. Strain into martini glass (quickly to develop a foam) and place 3 (or as many as desired) espresso beans on top to garnish.
