Espresso Martini
Ingredients
2 oz Gwen Vodka®
1 oz Freshly Brewed Espresso (cooled)
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
Espresso Beans for Garnish
MEthod
Brew espresso and immediately put in freezer to cool. Wait 5-10 minutes or until espresso is cool.
Fill shaker with ice and pour in espresso, Gwen Vodka®, simple syrup and coffee liqueur.
Shake intensely for 10-15 seconds to build up a foam.
Strain into martini glass (quickly to develop a foam) and place 3 (or as many as desired) espresso beans on top to garnish.
